Jay Copper Uses 100 % Copper Cathodes (LME 'A' Grade, Virgin Metal) for our production process for purity and conductivity.
We use state of the art production process with specific designs & technology to make the best quality copper Bus bars & copper rods having high conductivity mechanically strong and in flat shiny finish. In our automatic machines it is very easy to take the production of any product in any size very quickly in small as well as large Quantity.
The purity of conductor is most important to get proper electrical conductivity of the electrical conductor for that jay copper is using pure copper cathodes having 99.99% this will enable us to offer better electrical conductivity of approximate 100% conductivity to the customers.
The flatness of a copper bus bars is vital for jointing efficiency the better the flatness, then no or less machining work is required during preparation of the jointing surface. Jay copper material has less than 50µm flatness tolerances, which makes jay copper Bus bar surfaces excellent for joining together effectively.
